Certification, Insurance, Cruise and Voyage Planning, Arranging Suitable Weather Routing Service, Arranging Suitable Berths, Appointing Appropriate Agents.Daily operational support such as assistance with port formalities, berth booking, customs formalities.
Financial Management;
Transparency and accountability are the keywords here. We help Captains to set up and put in place stringent on-board cost controls. Our knowledge and network of suppliers and service providers ensure quality parts and supplies at the best possible prices.Cost control, Maintaining and operating a yacht represents a considerable expense for any Owner. A professional manager, working closely with Captain and Crew, can help control all expenses. Monthly financial reports are prepared and sent to the owner’s Office.
Technical Management;
Maintenance, refit work and management, Planned Maintenance Systems, Maintenance Activities and Budget. Help with worldwide purchasing of technical spare parts, oils and consumables. Preparing technical budgets and cost control. Control of mandatory surveys and yacht certificates. Assist with breakdowns and emergency repairs.
Crewing Services;
The good, experienced, qualified and well-motivated crew are the key to the success of any yacht. Our Crew service activities; Crew training, employment contracts, Crew recruitment, Payroll, Crew Training, Annual Assessments, Crew Leave and Crew Travel, Disciplinary and Grievances.
Certifications & Insurance;
Pre-survey assistance to ensure certification is correctly presented and up to date (ready for any survey). Through-life ISM certificate management to ensure certification is maintained, controlled and backed up, in compliance with an ever-changing regulatory environment. All necessary insurances, Arranging hule and Machinery Insurance, Crew Insurance, Liability insurance, Charter risks Insurance.
Yacht Safety and Security Management;
ISM (International Safety Management Code) –ISPS- Certification Class and Flag Assistance. Appointment, Initial Set-Up, Safety Management System & Certificate.
